Tessa + Sart: Intimate 'Bannisters By The Sea', Mollymook Wedding

Like so many couples since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Tessa and Sart faced a gut wrenching decision to make ahead of their wedding; reduce their guestlist and proceed with their wedding with family members who live internationally not present, or postpone. For Tessa and Sart the choice to continue with their original date was not a choice made lightly, but a smaller and more intimate wedding format with live streaming was their ultimate format to tie the knot.

The intimate wedding with only their closest family & friends present was held at the luxe Bannisters By The Sea resort in Mollymook, NSW. Their penthouse had sweeping vistas out past cliffside with panoramic ocean views as far as the eye could see. Their stunning ceremony on the lawns was shrouded with simple, white florals details.

Following their first look we hopped in the car and went on an adventure around the Mollymook and Milton area, we stopped at Narrawallee, and the church where Sart’s parents were wed in Milton. Following their ceremony and family photos, guests wandered up the lawns to the delicious Rick Stein’s Restaurant for the reception.

I absolutely loved Tessa and Sart’s refined and minimalist style, their day filled with so much genuine love and happiness as they celebrated with their nearest and dearest. T + S it was an honour to document this day. x
