Kara + Aidan: Grazing Gundaroo Wedding Highlights

Meet Kara + Aidan who made it official at Grazing in Gundaroo. As the rain clouds rolled in the sky turned a moody grey, but it would take more than a little rain to dim these spirits. The steely grey palette worked so well with the hints of blush featured in the wedding styling, and a little known photography secret is moody days produce some of the best photos! Case in point.

Your wedding is one of the most thought out, planned and well-executed days of your life, but I always encourage my couples to go with the flow, and try to enjoy everything and anything the weather may throw at us; and ultimately you bring your own sunshine to your wedding day!

Thanks for having me Kara + Aidan, your spring wedding had more sunshine than a clear summers day. x

Carina + Chris: Golden Summer Arboretum Engagement

Summer sun and gold light - I'm in my element! Carina, Chris and I took advantage of the late sunset on this shoot, with a perfect Canberra summers evening offering plenty of soft lighting. Set in the always stunning National Arboretum, we found never ending fields of foliage, wildflowers and blue skies. I hope you enjoy the highlights from this romantic engagement session, and I am so excited for Carina and Chris' August wedding - a perfect winter contrast!

Ashleigh + Thomas: Forest Engagement Session

Hi folks, it's been a long time between posts but I wanted to share some highlights from a recent shoot! For those keeping up with my blog I do apologise for my poor regular upkeep here. I am working on a few behind the scenes things at the moment including a new look brand and website which has taken up my time, in addition to my editing of course! That said, I do hope to share more work here for you to enjoy in HD! As opposed to lower res platforms such as Facey and Insta. Buuuuut if you don't already follow my Instagram; @belcombridgephotography - please do! I have been posting lots of wonderful new shoots there! Without further ado - these two lovers and their amazing pupper King! Enjoy!  x

Claire + Dean: Bush Bank, Kiama Wedding

As we drove up the lush driveway in to Bush Bank Kiama, I knew I was in for something very special! Set on the picturesque South Coast, Bush Bank is situated on a hillside where mountains meet ocean, glittering on the horizon.

Claire met us with open arms and the biggest smile. That smile that you’re about to see over and over again here. Because seriously, this one is ALL love, smiles, laughs and those amazing heartfelt moments that I just love, all day long.

These two have a love story to envy, falling hard and fast and now proud parents of a beautiful little boy Josh, who I'm sure you'll agree is the sweetest young man. The love and closeness was just insane, and it felt so great to be a part of their beautiful love story.

The rhythm of the day was laid back, with a music-centric reception where Dean serenaded his new wife in front of family and friends. Followed by dancing with a live band, on the lawn under the stars with grass between their toes.

These are the weddings where I’m so grateful I get to do what I do. Enjoy.

Britt + Jake: New Acton Engagement Session

Ahhh! Dreaming of warmer days, as the Canberra autumn chill really takes hold!

I want to take you back to February for a late summer shoot with the lovely Britt and her fiance Jake, whose wedding I will be lucky enough to shoot this September.

We explored the ever photogenic New Acton precinct, making good use of the famous architecture, colour and textures. This is definitely one of my most loved locations to shoot. We concluded the evening with a wine at Monster of course!

Britt and Jake I can't wait to shoot with you again in September! x
