A quintessential Canberra Wedding, for a quintessentially Canberra couple. 

The story begins when Shannon + Jon met at Manuka Pool, and 'buoy' did they hit it off! Fast to fall in love, Jon got down on one knee in the snow at Lake Tahoe on the highest peak in California.

Shannon + Jon's cocktail wedding at the Hotel Kurrajong epitomised the art deco elegance of Canberra. With the wedding portrait shoot at Canberra Grammar School chosen for its red brick, perfectly manicured gardens and huge windows. It had vintage Canberra written all over it, and it was the perfect location to create a romantic wedding shoot for a couple whose past-time is sharing their love of Canberra with our cities critics. 

Shannon + Jon, like Canberra's new rejuvenation - your wedding was contemporary and elegant. I enjoyed every moment of being your photographer and I wish you all best on your honeymoon in the Italian Alps.
